To close out November the team’s getting together to discuss a relatively slow week in news. Nonetheless there are solid indications of progress moving ahead alongside some announcements that we’ll be discussion in this evening’s session. Passport Trade Up program, German approval of Secusmart acquisition and answering some questions voiced on our BBM Channel will be among the set list.
Other platforms are just now getting around to full device and end-to-end
message encryption. BlackBerry is ahead of the curve with the acquisition
of Secusmart and full voice encryption tech.

Forget the slider. The next phone BlackBerry needs to promote by 2nd
Quarter of 2015 should 1st be the all full touch Passport. Leave it wide,
the same specs, just no physical keyboard. Shouldn't take 12 months to
release it.
No more mainstream physical keyboards. Though we love it, it doesn't
generate much funds.
