Here is how to make the most OP trap in the MGS franchise and It is called
the Playmore mine

Items Required
- x1 Playboy mag
- x1 Claymore
- Really stupid but genetically superior but perverted guards

Once you have all 3 place down a magazine and then take the claymore and
face it near the magazine facing the direction the guard will approach it
from and wait for his perverted ass to get a ballbearing buckshot in his
blueballs.

For some strange reason the MGS games wait for the guard to drop down to
look at the mag before it will detonate the claymore making for some
hilarious moments.

Microwaves, enough said.

i really like MGS but i've got confused with what the fuck is actually
going on anymore

Oh man this is epic! I agree with most of your list.

But if I can add, in MGS 1 there's a scene where you have to climb a ladder
for like almost 20 minutes running, while knocking off all the guards along
the way with FAMAS or stun grenades. You could add that to your 9 rank!

Oh and the battle between Metal Gear Rex and Metal Gear Ray in Shadow Moses
Island in MGS4. That's cool as well!

Really good list but I would probably switch 1 and 2. Psycho Mantis will
forever be the moment that made me fall in love with the series and it
still reigns supreme. Also, instead of the ladder scene I might even
replace it with the actual intro for Snake Eater. It was just super awesome
to see a proper intro with a full blown theme song. Was a nice throwback to
James Bond and it got me super pumped for a game I knew was going to just
blow me away. It totally did too.

chefes Vulcan Raven, Sniper Wolf, The Boss, The Fury, The Fear, Volgin,
B&B, Ocelot,Solidus,etc...os subgames Snake Vs The Monkeys (MGS3-PS2),
Skateboardoading (MGS2 ?-PS2), as fases,etc...

lol - your number 1 is the single most frustrating part in the series for
me. Last time I played through MGS1, I recall pretty much literally
screaming imprecations at the game, to my best friend's great amusement (I
occasionally indulge in a livid rant muttered to myself when nobody else is
around, but I think that's the only time I've gotten that pissed off and
let it out with someone else around. As epic as it is, the extreme
limitations on your hand to hand combat skills in that game make it
absolutely maddening. (I started playing the series in MGS2 days, so
MGS1's d-pad based controls never clicked for me...and without that, you
can't aim, and punches don't have the hold-firing-button-to-auto-aim the
way guns do.)

I always liked the cyborg ninja, i got him as an action figure back in
either 1998 or 1999 from EB games what now is Gamestop which totally sucks.
Remember EB games ? (EB right i think lol), they had all kinds of cool
stuff you could buy in their stores, i really miss them.

i laughed so hard when, you reached that point in the game where there was
99 enemy soldiers and the brave soul who fired the shot that startles and
alerts what is basically an entire division of enemy soldiers, love it!, 99
exclamation marks, i bet there were alarm bells ringing!
