I compltely agree with you! These shades are extremely chalky and not very
pigmented. Totally different from the orginal Naked Basics, which I think
is way better.

Curious. My palette isn't chalky at all... Did you try a patting motion
instead of a swipping one? That could be the problem; but if I'm wrong the
eyeshadow is probably chalky and I just mentally refuse to believe it :)

try using a different eyehsadow primer maybe it will make it less chalky
and try doing what Destiny Ruiz said
