A: You're friends have to type in your IP address, not your IPv4, into Minecraft. If they can not connect, make sure they type in :25565 after the Example IP: 68.169.65.34.22:25565. This makes sure they go through the correct port when connecting.

Q: I did everything correctly, but no one can join my server! What should I do?
A: Make sure that you're port forward has your IPv4 as your internal IP, and that you have both UDP and TCP being forward. Most routers have the TCP/UDP option that will work, but some do require you to add them separately. Also, make sure the port that is forwarded is "25565".

Q: Why is my server not connecting?
A: Make sure you typed in IPv4 address when you click "Add Server" in Minecraft.
If that doesn't work,
try placing your IP address instead of IPv4 address. To find your IP
address go to http://www.cmyip.com/
Make sure your server is RUNNING and DO NOT close your server or the black command
prompt box.

Q: How do my friends join my server?
A: You're friends MUST type in your IP address, not your IPv4. If they can not connect,
make sure they type in :25565 after the IP
Example: 67.159.65.23.10:25565

Q: Why can't my friends join my server? I did everything correctly!
A: You might of done everything correctly, but MAKE SURE you leave uTorrent RUNNING. Make sure you port-fowarded on uTorrent just like how I showed you on the video. If you close uTorrent, you close your port, therefore no one will be able to connect. Leave uTorrent running at all times. You can of course close uTorrent when you are not playing on your server.

Q: How do I port foward?
A: Download uTorrent ☞ Open uTorrent ☞ Click Options ☞ Click Preferences ☞ Click Connections ☞ Type in 25565 for "Port used for incoming connections" ☞ Click Apply and Ok

Q: Can I port foward to my router instead of uTorrent?
A: Yes, you can! Many people don't know how to port foward on their router, and it could be confusing. Port fowarding through uTorrent is a much faster alternative, since a lot of people don't know their router login, and don't know how to access the Port Fowarding / Triggering section.

Q: I tried all the run.bat commands but none of them work. What can I do?

A: Go to the "ops" file, open it with notepad, and write your name in it.

A: That is because you are near spawn, just walk a few yards and you can build.

A: You fucked up somehow in the Properties file, everything has to be correct, just look at my properties file, but replace my IP address with yours.

A: Make sure you have the latest version of Java installed. If it still doesn't open, rename the file to "minecraft_server.exe" (rename the minecraft_server_jar file to "minecraft_server.jar" if you can't run that either).

A: You computer is not powerful enough to render the world, the only thing you can do is upgrade your computer.

A)Type .exe at the end of the filename and open it again.

Q)I can't login to the server (Bad Login)
A)Restart the Minecraft program and try again. If it still doesn't work, try again. If it still will not work, restart your computer.

Q)I can't open the Server Properties file.
A)Right click the file, chose open with, then choose Notepad to open the file.

Q)I can't find my router model number.
A)The model number should be printed on the router. If not, check the manual that came with the router. If you still can't find it, try a google search.

Q)My router model number isn't on the Port Forward site.
A)Run a google search on how to forward ports on your router.

Q)I've done everything you're done, but it still says port 25565 was closed.
A1)Wireless Networks - remember to forward the ports from the computer that has the has the router plugged into it. If you do not forward the ports from that computer, you will not be able to forward the ports.

A2)Wired Connections - Retry the port forwarding process. Make sure you are forwarding the correct port (25565), and are following the correct format for entering the information into your firewall. If the port is still not open, try a google search on how to forward the ports on your router.

*IMPORTANT* MAKE SURE THE MINECRAFT SERVER PROGRAM IS RUNNING BEFORE YOU CHECK THE YOUGETSIGNAL SITE!

Q)My server is slow or laggy for the players.
A) Your internet speed is likely too slow to be able to handle running a server. If you internet connection is relatively fast, remember that even with a fast connection, you will experience lag when serving 10 or more people at the same time.

So whaddap people, i am working on a part 3 for the (for me) pretty viral Minecraft FIX: Failed to verify username series.
I was almost through all my fixes, so i had an idea.
IF you guys have a fix like (do this to open the notepad if you can not open it) or some other fixes, please tell me.
