Surveillance footage captured an unidentified man walking up to another man who was standing inside of an elevator, and shooting him at point-blank range. After firing off his handgun and striking the victim in his torso, the assailant fled the scene. Luckily, the 25-year-old survived the attack and has been listed in stable condition at the Kings County Hospital. The shooter remains at large.

More details were unearthed in a previously unreleased video of the police shooting death of 12-year-old Cleveland boy, Tamir Rice. The Northeast Ohio Media Group released surveillance footage of the aftermath, which shows Tamir's 14-year-old sister being thrown to the ground and handcuffed.

After the victim's sister was placed in a squad car, the footage shows that four minutes passed before first aid was administered to the dying boy.

An earlier video shows police shooting the 12-year-old just seconds after arriving on the scene. They mistook his pellet gun for a real handgun and fatally wounded Tamir.

http://www.vladtv.com - After a 14-hour manhunt, one of the suspects involved in a police shooting in the Bronx has been arrested and charged for the attempted murder of two NYPD police officers.

According to the New York Daily News, the incident happened Monday night when two plainclothes cops - Officers Andrew Dossi and Aliro Pellerano - responded to a deli robbery on Fordham Road in the Bronx. The suspects, Jason Polanco and Joshua Kemp, escaped after stealing cash and entered a Chinese restaurant.

Polanco shot at Dossi and Pellerano after getting caught at the restaurant, accidentally hitting his partner in crime in the process. The video above shows the initial robbery and Polanco shooting at the officers after they were talking to Kemp outside of the restaurant. Polanco opened fire on the group with a .44 caliber Ruger, hitting his friend in the bicep as well as the two officers. Three other officers also responded to the call but were not harmed. Kemp was later caught by police after he checked himself into a local hospital with a gunshot wound to the arm.

Shortly after police released Polanco's photo to the press, 10 people contacted authorities and Polanco was arrested and charged with five counts of attempted murder of a police officer.
Officer Pellerano, who was shot in the left arm and wounded in his chest, was released from the hospital Wednesday morning. Officer Dossi will remain in the hospital for an additional two weeks. The veteran officer was shot in the lower back and in his left forearm.

Polanco's previous arrests include three priors for weapons possession and a disorderly conduct charge.

He feels as though he should at least be allowed to promote his LOM clothing line, but doesn't think that BET allows its talent to market their own individual businesses on their platform.
